City Developments

Cincinnati USA is in the midst of an exciting rejuvenation that makes the city a welcoming, memorable and fun place for your next meeting or convention.

In addition to timeless activities, like hanging out at Fountain Square or catching a Cincinnati Reds game at Great American Ballpark, there are many fun new additions to downtown Cincinnati. The Banks entertainment district is the latest development located between Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. The area features restaurants, retailers and the newly constructed Smale Riverfront Park.

The historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood is also experiencing resurgence with a number of new, locally owned restaurants, boutiques and bars. The newly renovated Washington Park makes this neighborhood the place to visit while in Cincinnati.

With the ongoing renaissance of Downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine, the City of Cincinnati has returned the sustainable streetcar system to the area. This 3.6 mile path will compliment the city’s current public transit system and help further connect the urban core of Cincinnati. Scheduled to open in September of 2016, the street car will loop from Over-the-Rhine through Downtown Cincinnati to The Banks and Riverfront.
